They went right to work on installing a sewer pump and connecting it to the main sewer line in our unfinished basement so that we can have out downstairs bathroom built. They were very neat, and explained everything they were doing. We got very quick response from this company. They were close by when we called last week and came right away to look at what we needed and gave us an estimate. When we are ready to have the drains and water supply hooked up, we will definitely call them back."

"The work was completed but not without challenges. The project was to replace the shut-off valves under the vanity. The water was shut from the main shutoff valve. While the work was being done in the bathroom upstairs, I noticed water leaking from my Living room ceiling below. The bathroom had water all over the floor. I was informed that when the main shut-off valve was reopened, the water pressure turned the under sink shut-off valve from the off position to the on position (the facet line was not hooked up yet).
