"We hired Old Skool to remove and replace my fathers' heater and oil tank. I live in Georgia, and Dad in Delaware Count, so truthful communication was a necessity, yet rarely found n contractors. Frank and his crew are exceptional! From the first contact through to the end of the heating system install either Frank or one of his crew kept me informed of the progress via phone and photos, I knew the status of the job at all times. His crew arrived on time, ready to work.. and work they did! At the end of the work day you would not know they were there; they cleaned up so well after themselves. The metal and plumbing workmanship is something not normally seen these days- nor is the business and work ethics exhibited by Old Skool..With out hesitation I enthusiastically recommend Frank and his crew, and will call them first in the future. "Patrick and Adam came to my house to fix a leaking tankless electric water heater. They could not fix. I wasn't happy with the performance so Patrick recommended a gas vented water heater. Also installed a utility tub in my laundry room. I didn't even call done rite till maybe 11:00am. They came did all work and where out of here by 5:15. How is that for same day service. Jason came to assist. Cleaned up nice crew. I would highly recommend them."

"I looked requested quotes from several plumbers to have our water heater replaced with a new tankless water heater. One of the companies just gave a quote for a after having me take photos of the existing water heater, and the quote was for simply a replacement, not what I wanted. Another company came out after several days and said it would be awhile before they could do it because they were so busy. This was two weeks ago. Still no quote. Jon from Delaware Plumbing Professionals was out the morning after the day we called and after looking at what we had, gave us a quote right then. We waited a bit for the other quotes, and decided to go with Delaware Plumbing Professionals. Jon and his apprentice, Nick, were here as scheduled and got the job done. The installation took quite a while, but is very nicely done. They covered the floor and were careful to not make a mess. Now I have lots of hot water. Once the installation was done, Jon showed me where all the shutoff valves and controls for the water heater were. I'm very happy with the job they did. I've used this company before for a faucet replacement on an Angie's List deal and was happy with it as well. It was one reason why I decided to go with them again. I really like that just before they arrive, you get both an email and a text message telling you they are on the way, and both include a photo of the person coming, so you know who to expect and are comfortable letting them in the door. It's just an added safety measure that adds to my satisfaction."
