"Certified roofing did very well. They were the first to respond to my Angi query. Tim was smart, quick, and had an excellent work ethic. We had a slight miscommunication on what the job entailed, which is being cleared up as we speak. I would definitely hire them again."

"We hired Cox to repair/replace the both sides of the church's pitch roof at Our Lady of Hope Church in Dundalk. They took off the old roof, added plywood, new cloth and shingles. We are talking about a roof that is 1000's of square feet! The job was done within the allotted time. The clean-up was superb! The price was 17% below the closest bid price. A most excellent result from a fantastic company."

"Roger was very responsive and easy to work with! The guys showed up on time answered any questions we had and got the work done quickly and well. Our new roof looks great and in all the big rain storms recently it has stayed dried. We have no more leaks and would definitely suggest working with Charm City Roofing for any roofing and siding needs. Thank you Roger for all the help in getting our leaking issues repaired."

"Omni Roofing was excellent! They came out to view the gutter work needed. They gave me multiple options for repairing the gutter and fascia, which I appreciate. They did not try to upsell or give me work that wasn't necessary, but offered their opinions for the most sensible plan, based on the situation. The work they did was very well done, even added a piece to my gutter to keep the water off of the fascia. They cleaned up the work area beautifully. I highly recommend Omni Roofing and will happily recommend them to my friends."

"The service was thorough, I was given a free estimate and timely response concerning the contract. We all got on the roof and looked at the issues together. The challenge I had with choosing this contractor was that they do not offer financing. The quoted price was $26,000. To be clear, they we're going to allow a portion of the total amount to be paid off over time, however, The expectation was for us to come up with 10k+ upfront for materials. After receiving a second opinion, another contractor was going to be able to do the same work for less money with financing available. I don't think there was anything dishonest about their estimate. The cost they quoted me for repair was simply not in my budget based on their financing terms."

"Amazingly well. All questions answered pre and post quote, team showed up on time and finished early. Couldn’t ask for more courteous staff and professionalism . Highly recommend. We spoke to other roofers but very glad we went with Mackay - especially given their commitment to timelines."

"A+ for ethics and professionalism. The repair on our old and non-standard roof was tricky and ultimately didn't last (roof leaked within 14 months). However, when the owner was contacted (he's busy so it took a while) he came out personally and arranged for an alternative fix to the roof. The owner, Dave Garner, did this at no charge, without being asked. We still don't know if we have a permanent solution but we're really impressed with Dave and the company's business practices. We would be pleased to use them for any future roofing repairs (although we hope we don't have any!)."

"Did our roof a few years back and we called them about some flashing that came off (not part of their installation). Although they had many jobs in their queue, they had one of their guys stop on his way home and did the repair the same day we called."

"We did not hire Danny as we have a friend of the family that we chose to use for the roof replacement. Danny was friendly and helpful. we would hire him for other work in the future.
