Jim (the salesman) was very easy to work with and accommodated all of our design choices. We found particular latches and handles that we wanted to use, and they agreed to install them for us. They sent out two crews at the same time, plus the owner Steve, who worked alongside them. With seven people working, they managed to finish the entire job in just one day! Our old wood fence was completely removed in about 15 minutes, and then they meticulously installed the new fence, setting all the posts into wet concrete and making sure all the sections were straight. At the end of the long day, when one of the locking gate latches wasn’t working right, Steve patiently worked on it until eventually we realized the part was defective, so he replaced it with a working one. A certain kind of handle had to be ordered, and as soon as it came in, he came back to install it. The fence materials are extremely high quality—the vinyl feels very thick and sturdy, unlike the kind sold at the home improvement stores. And the new fence has completely transformed the look of our property—we’ve already had several compliments from neighbors. "Mark Roberts and the building crew were excellent! They removed our 384 sq. foot wood deck completely and installed a composite deck the same size. It is absolutely beautiful and we are getting compliments from everyone! Mark did a really good job inspecting our existing structure, explaining things to us, drawing up ideas for what we wanted (we originally wanted a deck/patio combo but the county wouldn't approve the permit), and helping us get a site survey. Mark came back after the county denied our original permit and did all the paperwork over again to get a full deck. He was very helpful and accommodating.
