"My impression is that Absolutely Affordable Appliance Repair succeeded well, maybe too well, as an owner-operator and has not been able to scale the business to meet demand. Our original experience (refrigerator repair) was very positive, based on friendliness and professionalism of service. (An out-of-town family emergency caused the no response.) Note: there were negative reviews posted on Angie's at that same time about lack of responsiveness. Once back in touch, we received service and the dishwasher worked well...for a couple days. We called back, had to wait a couple days and had it fixed again. Now, a couple weeks later, the dishwasher has suddenly stopped working and after leaving voice mails we have yet to receive a call back. <br />"

"Representee, Daniel, arrived at 3:00pm promptly. We showed him the leak and asked him to check outside A/C electrical connection to the wall which is wrapped in tar coming lose from the wall. Daniel was very professional and quick in completing all repairs. He was here about 45 minutes. We were charged $65.00 for a inspection fee ( even though a roofer had told us where the leak was coming from, and he was correct). The outside electrical connection was repaired by silicone caulking. <br />"
