Groundworks crew installed five helical peers and attempted to raise our foundation wall; unfortunately, the crew was unsuccessful. We contacted Erick B., the supervisor, and asked him to come to our home location and discussed our concerns and requested another attempt to raise the foundation wall. Erick agreed and scheduled the appointment. We requested the same crew, as they were very courteous and respectful; they arrived with more appropriate equipment and were able to raise our foundation wall to our satisfaction. "Called and left message and they promptly returned my call. Set up an appointment for the following week. Their estimator arrived on time and did a thorough inspection. He fully explained the process to correct my problems and sent me an estimate by e-mail. We arranged to have the work performed the following week. Their crew arrived a little late for their appointment but had called to let us know that they would be late. They were very professional and went right to work. They drilled small holes through my concrete ( 1" in diameter) and injected their material into the voids under the concrete. After raising the concrete they filled in the holes. I am very satisfied with the job that they did. They warrant their work for 10 years."
