She was always a text, email, or phone call away for questions, covering for us when we couldn't get away from work, helping to make design decisions, and to keep the project moving forward. John is an extremely skilled and meticulous craftsman! All of our tile work and the entire bathroom came out beautiful! We added areas and made major modifications to our accent tile that required a lot of tedious spacing and installation and John made it look like it came that way from the manufacturer. He is wonderful! Todd, also, has the same care and attention to detail. He rewalled and painted our bedroom and it looks absolutely beautiful! We will use them for everything we ever do again and we highly recommend them for anything you plan to do!"

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."
