"We had Arizona Chimney & Air Ducts clean our chimney three years ago...its was $150 then and the same great service. So, this year was no different. We needed our wood burning fireplace and chimney cleaned. I requested a quote and quickly received an email which included cost and a description of the work covered. Normally it would cost $175, but they were running a coupon special for $150. Called and booked the appt. through Becky who was professional and very friendly. Mike arrived on time the following Saturday and was quick and efficient. He checked everything out, stated we could go another three years between cleanings if we keep burning they way were are, and he was on his way to his next appointment. Such a nice guy and very honest. Their card will remain on our refrigerator and we will be calling them again in three years for the same service. Thanks Becky and Mike for such great service."

"I bought an angie's list deal for chimney sweeping - Charles showed up on time and was very professional. He did an initial inspection to see how dirty my fireplace was and told me he thought it needed to be sealed. After cleaning it, he re-examined it and found out that it was completely sealed and told it was no longer needed - very honest! He was very professional and very courteous! And best of all - no mess!"

"From beginning to end, the entire process went smoothly and as planned. This is my second time having Roofstar come out to work on my roof and they continue to deliver. The staff involved was professional, took their time explaining the work in detail, and did quality work. I was specifically engaged with Jeff, James, and Santiago. Everyone is highly knowledgeable and honest.  <br /> The work included recoating the entire flat foam roof. The entire process took three days to complete. Day 1 involved power washing the entire roof, Day 2 involved applying a base coat, and Day 3 involved applying a top coat.  <br /> I will continue to call Roofstar for any future roof work and they come highly recommended. <br />"

"Referred by neighbor after seeing their gazebo. I wanted this done before the holidays when family was coming in town; these guys got in done sooner than expected. I had a general idea of what I wanted the fireplace to look like, but there proposed design was better than anything I could have dreamt of! I was impressed by the quality of the work, fair pricing, and attention to detail. Will be using them for our next project!"

"To: Rich Morgan, Owner, Magic Touch A/C 942 W 1st Ave, Mesa, AZ 85210 Hi Rich: This email is to congratulate you on assembling one of the best work crews we have ever dealt with. This past week, for seven days straight, your workers installed five air conditioning units. The team was extraordinary, working long hours to get the job done. They started and ended the job as promised. They oversaw a crane that lifted the five compressors over our roof. They did continuous trouble shooting. Simply, they did the job right. Moreover, they were great communicators. They answered our questions precisely and clearly. They gave us confidence. They were courteous and maintained the highest professional standards. I'd like to comment specifically on several of your crew, who went far and beyond to do the great job they did. Let me begin with Taden. At the ripe age of 20, he has what it takes to be a leader. He oversaw every detail for twelve hours a day. He spoke kindly and directly to those working with him. He did not hesitate to jump in and do the gritty work. He climbed ladders, got on his belly, gathered materials, and installed the ACs with expertise and care. As a former business owner, I cannot say enough about this young man. He is any company's dream worker/supervisor. This kid will go far! Rick, as you no doubt know, is an AC master. He was on top of every move. He knew his stuff, and directed others with a soft kindness that only an experienced supervisor can do. Rick reassured us at every juncture. He did not hesitate to jump in, like Taden, and do what had to be done. Again, as a former business owner, this is the kind of worker I'd grab and do everything to keep! Jordan was also diligent and hard-working. As the “big” guy on the job, he lifted objects with ease. He always had a smile, even as the sweat was pouring off his face. Working under Taden’s guidance, he was outstanding. Finally, on the last day of the job, we had the pleasure of meeting Jonathan. He is a true techie. He had to resolve electrical and mechanical issues. Most particularly, he found a problem with one of the AC returns that no one had noticed in 17 years. Imagine that! He discovered a large AC return under a kitchen island. Then he got on his stomach, for at least an hour, and cleaned it out, removing inches of debris. Without this intervention, our new Bosch unit might have failed. In a climate when business owners cannot find good help, hats off to you, Rich, for hiring the best of the best. I’m trying to think of when I last saw a crew work 12 hour days…maybe never. When I suggested to the crew that call it a night at 11PM, Rick, the overall supervisor, simply said, “Not ‘til the job’s done.” Also, Jeff, who sold us on the job, was instrumental in having us choose you, among the many companies out there. He was specific, honest, and responsive to our questions. We are thankful to Jeff for selling us on Magic Touch. Bottom line, we give your company and your expert workers five stars! We look forward to continuing to work with you, as you service our AC units over future years. Thanks for everything your fine company has done. David B. Scottsdale AZ 9/22/22"

"When I asked about the program they did not seem very familiar with the program but said I should qualify for the rebate.  This gave me pause but I decided to schedule the service as I needed it done and was looking for a new service company.  The work was scheduled for a Friday and I took the time off work.  The morning of the service call they called and said the machine they use for the service had broken down and they would have to reschedule.  This seemed odd but I rescheduled for another Friday.  That day came and an hour before the service call they called and said the technician had a family Emergency and would not be coming.   They apologized and asked if I would like to reschedule.  I know things happen but it makes me wonder if Friday's on the west side are too much trouble for them. <br /> <br /> One of my concerns is the APS rebates are limited and I was afraid that I'd run out of time.  I called APS and found that they issue rebates to each of their providers so if the provider has not used all of their rebates I was ok.  I would expect that Wolf would have been able to tell me that but all I got from them on my initial calls is I should be ok.  That should have been my first clue they were not the best choice. <br /> <br /> update: <br /> <br /> I was contacted by Wolf with an explanation of why things went awry, an apology, and an offer to make things right.  I appreciate that but unfortunately I had already contracted with another company although I'm not sure I would have had them do the work even if I had not. To their credit they tried to make it right even by offering a discount, it may have even been free I wasn't really listening, but my decision had been made at this point and a discount was not an incentive.   <br /> <br /> As far as the APS rebate program goes it could be the person I spoke with at APS didn't know what they were talking about.  It's not uncommon for the utility to give you bad information.  That is quite concerning as I'm looking at a $525.00 bill if the rebate program ends before the service is accomplished.  Without the APS rebate I would have had a standard service done which is the reason I was double checking eligibility."
