"Mr. Perez, went above and beyond to figure out the problem with my sprinkler system, and the lack of water in parts of my garden. He finally found a broken pipe. He then dug a trench to add a new pipe and to also to equalize the water pressure. He was like a “water whisperer” solving a problem that stumped other folks."

"First Rate Irrigation responded to my request right away and did a thorough and professional job. My gardeners had tried several times to fix those sprinklers and failed. First Rate Irrigation spent hours diagnosing, but then fixed all the different areas in one day (including digging down to repair two pipes, replacing 15 sprinkler heads and adjusting all the timing to save water). Canâ t say if they were the cheapest as I didnâ t get other estimates, but Iâ d certainly recommend them to anyone. Polite, clean and friendly too⠦⠦and not afraid to get wet if thatâ s what it takes, even on a cold morning."

"Antonio was absolutely fabulous. He has a great in communication and solved problems that other contractors were not able to figure out. He installed a completely new irrigation, timer for sprinkler, replaced all the sprinklers and piping in the lawn, and made everything operate completely hands-free. He is a true professional and I highly recommend him."

"This went very well. He installed drains, sprinklers, and laid down sod for me. I have had him as my gardener for years now and would highly recommend hiring him for yours as well. Him and his team are always hardworking and ensure our lawn is well kept."

"Martin is knowledgeable and efficient. I hired him to clean up a very messy garden. he did a very good job, and even fixed some problems left by my prior gardener."

"I called Juan on a Friday in a panic because I was having a luncheon on Saturday and I didnâ t realize how bad my yards looked as they hadnâ t been attended to since my husband died over a year ago . Juan and his crew hooked me up , and got it all done the next day . I had so many compliments on my yard . I will be using him again."

"He is very reasonable. He is hardworking. He is easily available when we need him. We used him for emergency service and he came in the same day. We started using him once a week."

"Huge shoutout to our amazing landscaper for completely transforming our yard! From the very beginning, their professionalism, attention to detail, and passion for their craft were obvious. They didn’t just mow the lawn or plant a few flowers they truly brought our vision to life. Every corner of the yard now feels thoughtfully designed and beautifully maintained. What impressed us the most was their reliability and work ethic. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and treated our home with so much care and respect. The results honestly exceeded our expectations the space feels fresh, vibrant, and like a place our family can truly enjoy.
