"I worked with David to get an estimate after a storm blew some shingles off of my rental property roof. David met with my insurance company and assisted with getting a claim approved for the repairs. The work was completed in a single day, and the new roof looks great. The whole process was nearly effortless on my end once David got involved. I would recommend anyone with roof damage or just looking for reliable workmanship to call them. All of the heavy liftings was on their end. I definitely hope that I do not need another roofing job anytime soon, but if I do there is only one call I will be making David at cedar valley."

"Barn Rescue – My barn was hit by a vehicle, which broke a large post and pushed section of siding out from under the roofline, plus major damage at ground level. Brad shored it up for the winter with an array of jacks and an enormous chain to ensure the thing wouldn’t fall down till they could return in the spring. Come spring, they fully replaced the damaged section’s support members and facade, and added bracing to the attic, rendering it stronger than before. Foundation support: The sagging beams and jerry-rigged support columns in the dirt basement of our 18th century house were inadequate. They dug and poured a dozen footings and lally columns, supporting a line of new 6x6 and 9x9 beams that provide solid support to the house above. They showed up promptly every day, worked fast, and left the site clean and finished. Both Brad and Chad have a deep knowledge about old houses and the techniques that were used, and I felt my historic register property was in good hands."

"Repair was in a difficult location, it took a while to figure out how to get to it but once they did it went well and looks good,"

"We were impressed from the get-go.  Mike showed up to do an evaluation and estimate, exactly when he said he would.  He listened to what we thought we needed, and made a few suggestions along the way.  The estimate (received about a week later) was a little higher than expected, but did include all the carpentry work, power washing, and painting.  We were impressed by the contract detail, especially all the prep work they included--crucial to a good paint job.  There were more areas of shingles they suggested replacing, but they explained why it was a good idea, and we never felt like they were padding the bill.  As for the work crews, they were all way beyond our expectations--punctual, polite, clean, and professional.  We've never had a carpenter or painter (other than the boss) shake our hand and introduce himself--nice touch!  My wife told me repeatedly that these guys were quiet, didn't smoke, and didn't use inappropriate language at all.  When the work was finished, there were a few minor issues typical of this type of work, and I found Tom to be personally responsive every time I called--he was amazing.  Clean up was exceptional--no stray nails or anything that shouldn't have been left behind.

"Front north-facing roof had significant moss and algae. Nate quickly came to provide a quote and then came by a few weeks later to clean the roof. Did a great job - roof looks like a new roof. Wold recommend and hire again."

"We engaged Exact Exteriors to replace our roof and exterior doors. The pricing was the best overall and we couldn’t be happier with the work performed. Jason ensured all aspects of the job were scheduled and completed to our satisfaction. He communicated with us regularly about the status and was on site throughout the project duration. We were so happy with the end result we engaged Exact Exteriors for a 2nd roofing & gutter replacement for a family member. Highly recommend!"
