Bryan, the owner, was the consummate professional â immediately returned my phone call, checked on all available options for my specific system and needs, thoroughly explained each option to me, provided an immediate quote based on photos I sent, and then did a great job on the install of both the hot water heater and the sump pump. "Wanted to move our basement laundry room sink and pump system. Replaced dryer vent and hook up clothes washer drain. Also, to customize the layout of the pipes. Initial install was ok. Wasn't exactly what I was expecting. Then amazing they returned the next day and fully redesigned the layout to our liking free of charge. So nice to find a company that stands behind it's work and provides stellar customer service."

"Mr. Rooter Plumbing came through! I filed a claim with my home warranty company because the up ur basement flooded on 5/28. I had to request a rush for the other company to come out. The company that came out was not that professional and told me I needed a new sump pit as well as a new sump pump. I was questioned the diagnosis and then had to argue with the home warranty company. I immediately got on Angi’s list and found Mr. Rooter Plumbing. They came out within 2 hours and gave a proper diagnosis. I argued with the home warranty company over the secondary diagnosis. I accepted a cash in lieu after escalating with the home warranty company. Scheduled the repair with Mr. Rooter and they came in 2 days and installed the new sump pump. They are quick, efficient and friendly! 10/10 recommend!"

"Gave me a good price for everything, made a proposal to add a frost protected hose bib and recommended keeping the inside shut off since it was all in a closet and would not be seen. This gives me the option of both. Also relocated the ice maker shutoff to behind the refrigerator and replaced the saddle connection so that I would not need an unsightly access panel in the finish basement ceiling."

"The plumber was prompt and courteous. He fully explained why the sump pump needed to be replaced, and showed me what needed to be done"
