"I had the roof and gutter helmets on my residence replaced by Presidential Exteriors and I was pleased not only with the quality of the work, but I was impressed by the end to end customer service from everyone I encountered from Presidential Exteriors - enough so that I wrote a complimentary email to the management. There were many customer touchpoints during the brief project: sales, insurance coordinator, material delivery, installation, project management and back office support. That struck us as much too high. We then approached JW, which had done work for us in the past, and got an estimate that struck us as reasonable. But to get their top tile installer, Cesar Miranda, we had to wait nearly two months. We decided to wait and are glad we did. When he arrived, he brought three different grout and gave us our choice. He then did an outstanding installation."
