The day of the job they arrived on time. They completed the job promptly all the time letting us know what they were going to do. At the last minute - I had requested whether they could install some flexible molding for me on my staircase - which was unrelated to this job. Russell immediately said he could with no hesitation and charged me only for the cost of the materials. It was an overall excellent experience."
