"I have four items that need to be replaced or repaired around the deck area. I hired MasterFix LLC from Angi, and he gave me a quote: one low price for completing three items or a high price for completing all four items. We agreed on the high price to finish all four items at once. However, during the work, he only finished three items and refused to do the last one. He said he hadn't examined the issue in detail previously and that it required a different professional. Despite this, he still wants to charge me the high price for the three items he completed, not the low price. He even threatened not to leave until he got paid the high price. I will not hire MasterFix again as he does not keep his promises."

Henry visits to make sure the job is done to the client's satisfaction before the job is completed and while his team is still on the job. This particular job was to paint the outside areas requiring fresh paint, caulk all the outside widows and other areas requiring caulk, power wash the back deck and repair deck lattice. I have used Apex before and will use them again. I highly recommend them."
