Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. The owner was professional and polite and made my roof a priority!  We joked about how santa ruined my roof! I was amazed how fast the repair took and how  quick he came out over a holiday. When he came out for an estimate, he paid close attention to exactly what I needed, he did a detailed inspection, and he did not try to sell me on any unnecessary replacements. "After much research and several estimates I decided to hire Paragon Home Remodeling Grp. to redo my roof. They use a high quality product and are very reliable. There was a team of workers who worked endlessly for two and a half days. They kept me informed as to the progress and took pictures of areas that needed my attention. Seeing the great job that was getting done I requested to have other work done at the same time. I had four new 2 story pillars replaced and a new gutter system installed. There was never a sales push to get more work done and no rush for payment. I also have to say their price was very reasonable compared to estimates I received. "Nick, the owner, and the people who work with him are terrific, couldnâ t be better. Excellent work, did exactly what they said theyâ d do, and promptly. Very fair prices. Fixed a lot of things for me: two pent roofs on two areas,, spot masonry repairs on a 3 story brick wall, patching and rust-proof painting a tin outdoor wall covering, fixing a hole in a small flat roof, and putting a new covering on the elevated brick party wall between the twin houses (wind damage). I asked them about caulking the five windows of the bay, because there was evidence of an old leak on the inside wall. Nick said it was probably from the old pent roof which they just replaced. They looked at the caulking and said it was fine. Now thatâ s honesty!"

"Joe Fisher ,the owner, called the day we put in the search for roofing help. He was very personable and friendly. He talked a great deal about himself ,family and his roofing experience so we hired him. I was a little disappointed we never received the formal typed contract. He related stories his assets were frozen and he brought another hand written paper? The roof appears to be fine so far and the flashing is holding up. His methods are a little shaky so I don't know about the warranty but so far so good!"
