"Craig did landscaping and installed a paver patio at my residence in which they did a phenomenal job. However I also had a lawn irrigation system installed which is where things went down hill. The gentlemen who installed it was friendly and on time but he installed the solenoid valve incorrectly for the drip hose on my arborvitaes. He had the on/off wires crossed. Although the system said the unit was running, no water was being supplied to them. They of course ended up dying. I thought maybe it was the soil. So I had the arborvitaes replaced by Craig for a few. These died too. Today I decided to replace the valve and that is when I discovered the solenoid wires were crossed. No testing was ever done on the irrigation system. I’m a bit disappointed in the oversight. Otherwise I do recommend this business for all other work. Stay away from lawn irrigation."

He came highly recommended from a fellow plumber that I called late on a Saturday nite when I discovered that my basement had been filling up with water. John called me back and came to my house as soon as he could Sunday morning and was there with a member of his crew Mark I believe, and they worked all day and evening pumping out my basement to get to the cause of the problem. John was very good at keeping me well informed every step of the way. He has been in the business for over 15 years I believe he said and his expertise shows. He knows exactly what to do and will work extremely hard to get it done quickly correctly and to make you happy. John also checked back in with me several times to make sure there were no issues with anything and assured me he would be there if there was 24/7. John is such a nice guy and extremely easy to work with and I could not recommend him and his company more!! I had what to me was a major crisis going on and John definitely made me feel much more at ease about my situation and I feel extremely confident I was in expert hands. I highly recommend JR Plumbing & Heating GC and will be calling them for any future needs."
