"Cullen was very responsive to initial inquiry and was able to come out to review job and provide a quote/timing in just a couple days. When providing the quote Cullen listened to what I was looking for, and then gave me multiple options and the prices associated with each, a good-better-best approach. Communication with Cullen throughout the job was also very good and he is quite responsive. They arrived on time on the scheduled day with a very good crew that is obviously professional in their work. They completely removed the old grass, spread new top soil when leveling some high spots and laid the full yard of sod in 1 day. Clean up was excellent and I can't say enough about the crew that did the job, they were outstanding. The thing that kept me from giving an excellent score in quality was the grading/leveling, it was adequate and removed the worst of the high spots, but the yard still has more variation than I expected. There also appeared to be a pallet of sod that is noticeably different in color than the rest. I expect this to blend in as it establishes, but initially there is some "checkerboard" look. Neither of these minor items would keep me from using Cullen again, but I can't give an excellent score - overall quality was still good, and in total the job experience was excellent. I recommend Green landscaping for any similar job to mine."
