"Initially, AAA came out, but could not gain access to my crawl space from my hall closet due to a pending closet repair. Tony, one of the principals, came back within a couple of days and informed me it was likely the animal gained access through the chimney. I asked him on the spot if he would wait 'til I ran to my local home improvement store and install a chimney cover. He waited for me 40 min. and installed it. By God s grace, the little critters weren t in there at the time of installation. Tony also inspected my roof and took a picture of it at my request; it revealed why I m getting powder forming on my bedroom ceiling (newly installed rubber roof).
