"SP Fence is the Best! We selected SP Fence after noting they were the highest rated company on several sites. They wouldn’t let a thing like a pandemic get in the way of serving their customers. When the Virus caused material supply issues, they gave us the choice of waiting for the material we asked for or getting an upgrade to an in stock, higher priced material – for the same price! When the Virus caused one of their work crews to quarantine, they sent a one-man team to build our fence. He single-handedly, over four days, built our fence in 90 degree temps, and did a great job! When we called about punch list items (nail pops, etc.), the owner came out the following week and personally saw to our needs. We love our fence. Call now to get a quote for next year!"

"Genaro and Sons did a great job adding 40ft of privacy fence I originally didn’t want cuz my neighbor already had a fence on the property line. But I decided to just put one up so it looks much nicer and more uniform when looking out my backyard windows. Genaro & Sons matched up the material color perfectly and it looks like the entire fence was put in the same day! The price was very reasonable and they’re super nice,professional, and there was zero mess left behind when the job was finished. "I have used Pro Team Works in the past to wash my windows and did not have any issues so when I saw on their website that they provided deck maintenance, I decided to use them. BIG MISTAKE! I was provided a proposal for the stain and repairs of my deck-mind you I told them my deck required repairs. Once I signed the proposal, I advised the manager, Doug that I wanted the work to be done the week of July 22nd. I assumed the repairs would be completed before the deck maintenance. My deck was washed and sprayed with chemicals then stained. The guy who completed the staining said someone would be coming in a few days to complete the repairs but no one showed up so I had to call Doug who assured me the work would be complete within the next few days but when the guy showed up, he only completed one repair and said he was done. I pointed out to him the other repairs that were required, he became combative and said this was the only one and said he was going to do them for free. I asked him who owned the company and he said his family. I called the office and requested to speak to the owner but Doug said he was not there but I could speak with him. I told him I would prefer to speak with the owner, he said he would give him the message. I called back within 15 minutes and told Doug the conduct and discussion of the company employee and myself regarding the repairs. Doug proceeded to tell me if I could go outside and look at what needs to be repaired on the deck and let them know that would be helpful. I told him that is what the company should have done when they came to examine my deck and provide the estimate for the staining and repairs. On this same phone call, I asked Doug if he had passed my message on to the owner and now he tells me the owner is out of the country and will not return until the end of August or the beginning of September but he sent him an email. And for this, it took from the week of 7/22 until 8/13 to complete the entire process. It should not have taken this long-there may have been a few days that were not conducive to complete the work-certainly not 3 weeks. I have encountered poor customer service before but what I experience with this company is perhaps the worse. I will never use this company’s service again!"

"Gus was able to accommodate service request with short notice. Came on time and went to work.
Came back to re-work the GFCI installed in the kitchen after I found that other outlets connected to the GFCI were not functioning. Got refund for the time spent on this portion of the work after he informed me that I will need an electrician to take a look.
