He completed three major projects in my condo: custom built-in dining nook shelves and extensive wall trim/paneling in the living room and hallway. The craftsmanship is extremely detail-oriented and looked beautiful even before paint. I shared inspo photos (1.5” colonial trim spaced 2” in the living room and 2.5” hotel-style chair rail spaced 4” in the hallway), and he sourced trim even better than I envisioned. Of three quotes, his pricing was fair and competitive, and it included materials, which was so helpful. He’s insured, efficient, and highly professional. What truly sets him apart is his communication and temperament. He was responsive, calm, and reassuring throughout. "I?m sad to write this review as Hero started off as a wonderful landscape partner to us with excellent communication and integrity. Unfortunately this past year we paid for a season pass of bi-weekly lawn mowing services plus an additional spring clean up service. We tried to work things out with Hero but ultimately we received fewer than half the lawn visits, no spring clean up and the visits we received were sporatic and not on the promised timeline. Hero agreed to come by with the refund for part of the services he did not provide but has since ghosted us despite consistent attempts to reach out by phone, text, Zelle and in-person. We lost $480 in services."
