"Dennis Hughes is NOT a licensed contractor in Allen County. We could never get him to show proof of insurance or bonding. I hope that this review will prevent someone from hiring this company. We hired him to redo a patio roof. The flashing around the utilities pipe was improperly done. The roofing was installed backwards and lacked the proper amount of nails. It was not connected to the house properly. The gutter was installed so that it was useless and prevented windows from opening. We tried to get him to correct the work but he always had some excuse for not doing the work. He was rude and combative and refused to bring his paperwork to prove he was licensed and insured. He yelled at me and my brother as we tried to help my mother resolve this issue. We finally had to hire someone else to completely redo it. I wish that the address for this work would not be revealed to Dennis."

They asked if they needed clarification for anything, were clear and prompt with communication, no run around trying to get them here. No more root-clogged pipes! It was fascinating to see them put in the new pipe liners and watch on the video as the machine cured the pipe in place. "I was so happy with the idea of a no dig repair by NuFlow. Friendly and professional crew, but... 5 years later I started having issues again. They sent someone to do a "wellness" check. Apparently the repair was not complete, they stopped 15' short of where it needed to be. Now tree roots are causing a problem at the opposite end of the pipe. Instead of completing the repair, they quoted $7,010 to finish the remainder of the pipe. I don't feel that it should cost me more to complete what I thought was already done. Penny Hunter "
