"Lindus Construction is the best. They installed new roofing and Leafguard gutters to repair damage to our house caused by a hailstorm. The totally new roof was installed in just one day. Replacement Leafguard gutters were installed over several hours on a second day. Materials and workmanship were excellent while Lindus’ workers, supervisors and sales representative were all friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all of our questions. What really makes Lindus a standout company is how they responded to and fixed a roof rainwater leak that developed after their work on our roof – and the leak turned out to have been caused by another company who had been repairing our chimney at about the same time. Lindus’ employees immediately came to our house to inspect the area where water entered and, because it was wintertime, made plans to fix the problem as soon as it was practicable. It took several attempts to fix the problem permanently but throughout the process Lindus’ employees never doubted us and cheerfully responded promptly. After they tracked the source of the leak to chimney flashing that was incorrectly installed, Lindus’ employees didn’t hesitate to fix the leak anyway and at no charge to us. To make sure we were satisfied and knew that the rainwater leak had been fixed, they invested many hours in finding and fixing a problem that was not their responsibility. "A wide variety of tasks was completed by this provider.  I first hired him on to do some water damage repair for my leaking skylight. He had to repair sheetrock and then match the popcorn ceiling and repaint the whole ceiling of my kitchen.  He did a great job on this and the price was so reasonable that I hired him for further work.  He has stained our deck, removed cabinents in our kitchen and bathroom, and installed a dishwasher as well, which required him to cut into existing cabinents and completely install a new dishwasher into the space.  His prices have always been so good, and the quality of work and timeliness of jobs are spot on.  He also always does a nice job of cleaning up his work area after finished.  Very friendly and easy to work with."

"D's Doors was amazing!!!  I've only been a homeowner for a year (and am clearly ignorant, not even knowing the proper names of most garage/house parts), so when calling a repair person, I am usually nervous that someone will see a chance to overcharge me.  But these guys were able to accurately estimate the cost of repair over the phone from my description of the problem.  They also text (which I appreciate, as I am usually unable to take personal calls at work), so it was easy for me to set up the date for them to come fix the garage door.  They arrived promptly, fixed the door (it still works great :), and only charged what they'd estimated over the phone.  They even went WAY above and beyond, and included in the price putting back up a piece of roof fascia on my two-story house that had blown off in a weekend storm!  I would definitely hire them again. "We contacted numerous general contractors in the area. Troy was the only one that did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and how he said he would do it. He returned requests for contact promptly, showed up on time for both the estimate and to complete the work, and the estimate was provided professionally and with adequate detail, which had been an issue with estimates received from other contractors. These things alone won the work for him hand's down. His was not the cheapest estimate we received, but his rate was definitely reasonable, and his professionalism and follow-through are unmatched. Although several of the projects we discussed are not being completed simply because they are not in our budget this year, Troy provided the best suggestions and information regarding each project out of the several contractors that provided estimates. In discussing the projects with him, we felt confident that he would not take shortcuts. <br /> Due to winter, the work is to be completed in two parts, with the first part having been completed already.
