"Originally hired Nick and the Creative Pavers team several years ago to design and install a complete backyard hardscape/landscape package including a paver patio, walkway, steps, lighting, wood deck, and fire pit.  At the time they were not active on Angie's List, so consider this a review of my entire relationship with them now and going back 5 years or so.  I can't begin to say enough about how great they have been.  Their original design and installation was exceptional, and they're follow-up and diligence to meeting they're original schedule commitment was great.  I was so pleased, I bought them back again several months later for another smaller job building a retaining wall and planter in my front yard.

Since those originals installs I have called them back twice for some minor maintenance and settling repairs.  Should point out the repairs were not needed due to poor quality of work, and were nothing more than the typical wear and tear/weather/settling issues you'd expect after 5 years.  Nick and Jack have consistently provided the same level of outstanding service and follow-up throughout our entire relationship.  Relationship is the operative word here, they are most definitely not your typical "here today, gone tomorrow" contractor.  They truly care about their customers and reputations and it shows in every interaction.  I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a hardscape/landscape project.

"We called MC electrical LLC and he came out within two days to give an estimate for our landscape lighting and had an estimate emailed over to us within 24-48 hours after coming out!! Lights look amazing and I'm very impressed with the work performed, not to mention the recommendation that Michael the owner had given us for the new LED fixtures!! Michael and Keith were very awesome as far as laying out all of the walkway lighting as well as the lighting that we have shining on our home as well as the trees!! There were gaps in between bath fixtures and wall and a sloppy attempt was made to caulk but gaps remained.  Extremely bad spackle jobs on the walls and ceiling.  Spackle was not sanded down properly and the seams are noticeable on the wall.  To avoid finishing the grout on the floor, the vanity was installed over the part not grouted however the vanity does not reach the floor and incomplete work is noticeable.  Exhaust fan stopped working and recently the bolt on toilet has become lose causing the toilet to shift.  It was less then a year ago when this work was completed.  I now have to hire a company to correct their mistakes.  Poor communication with the owner.  Requested additional services but did not receive (but also did not pay for).  No one followed up to check completed work or my satisfaction. So many issues...to little space and time.  Maybe they got overwhelmed with work and I got the short end of the stick.
