"I hired AstraBuild to install pre-hunt french doors in the transition area between a living and dining room. The doors were a little larger than the opening. But Alfredo and his team did a great job working with the space, getting the door installed right, and took care of adding pieces of trim to make the whole area look beautiful. He also installed two pre-hung interior bedroom doors for me, installed new stair railings, and fixed two closet doors that were no longer sliding open/close. "????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"I cannot say enough compliments about Mack and his guys! From the first meet until the project was over, they were courteous, respectful of our space, and responsive. I hired them to expand a closet and turn it into a pantry and create a multi-purpose sink/dog wash and install a barn door. I'm so happy with how it all turned out. Bill was our main Jack of All Trades, and he was amazing! Wayne was our plumber, Tommy was our painter, etc. etc. They were all great guys. Definitely will call them again for future projects."
