"I hired Nilton and his company Pro Touch Construction to help completely demolish and renovate my 2BD 2BA 900 sq ft condo when I originally purchased it. The project included: - Complete demo of each room - Kitchen expansion and remodeling - Appliance installation (dishwasher, sink, stove, etc) - Complete remodeling of both bathrooms - Converting a stand up shower in one of the bathrooms to a walk-in shower - Brand new electrical and plumbing work (including installing in-wall speakers throughout the condo) - Install new vinyl flooring - Repainting the entire unit - Etc One of the things that stood out the most for me with Nilton is that he took the time to meet with me (several times) at the condo when I first purchased it. I had spent time designing each room with an interior designer using Pinterest photo albums and other inspiration I had found. As shown in the photos, Nilton and his crew completed the project to absolute perfect. I was absolutely blown away with how beautiful my condo looked after he finished the job. And it's been 4 years and I still get compliments to this day from everyone who comes by to visit! Also, some of Nilton's suggestions (e.g. vinyl floors vs hardware floors), helped me save thousands of dollars in the long run. "Leo and his crew were some of the most professional painters I have ever worked with. Leo is incredibly responsive and worked with our budget for a full exterior repaint of our house. His team is extremely detail oriented, conscientious, kind and beyond professional. They meticulously cleaned up everyday and were prompt with arriving and staying for the entire day. The job was completed in exactly the timeframe provided and we couldn't be happier with the final result. "The initial build went reasonably well. We did find problems which they did come back and fix. I noticed a railing support that was cracked. I was told that I must of done it, that was that. The plugs that cover the screw holes in the stairs are falling out. I looked for some at Home Depot, but couldn't find the right color. I still had Chase's cell #, so I texted him and asked if he could send me some plugs, and I would do it myself. No response. Tried again the next day, still no response. I'm not surprised. Aging the build was decent, price was higher than most. Now that nearly 2 years have gone by, and customer service should be anticipated, nothing. Never again."

A new kitchen was placed, new wood flooring, half bath added with new plumbing, new closet, new window, three walls removed and support beams placed, lighting installed, handmade woodwork for kitchen island top, hand crafted wood vanity for the bathroom, paint, plastering, and tiling done. The entire project took 3.5 months. It ran like a well oiled machine! Ryan kept the project organized and running smoothly at all times. His communication was stellar as it was known at all times where things stood with the project. His team was very dedicated to working in a professional, very skilled and reliable manner.
