"Overall- Good Quality - Excellent Installation & Professional I m writing my review 30 days after the installation of my windows. Excellent with the installation. Antonio and his crew were very professional and thoughtful. Antonio stated that he had 18 years of experience and it was evident. He doubled checked everything before starting- my windows, the new windows and measurements - 17 windows replaced. They worked quietly with minimal interruptions. They cleaned up very well-no mess left behind. I had gotten 2 estimates before choosing HomeFix. The price range was about the same. I was able to negotiate the price I wanted with much effort. Their product had a silver glaze in the windows that I liked. Mark and Max are salesmen. They used every technique to land the job. I insisted that I nor my neighbors should be hassle by their sale pitch bc they are seniors primarily. As of date, none has shared being hassled by HomeFix. My only concern is that my price went up slightly after installation, the windows were as quiet as I desired and the sealant took a long time to dry and i was left to put my shades back up bc of the drying time. Also, I have bars on the basement window in which Mark told me that they would remove and replace upon completion. Antonio did not have to remove the bars yet was able to install the windows. I hope that will not be an issue for me in the long term. Overall, I m enjoying the windows. They look great. I really like the silver glaze as it add a bit of a tent to the windows. Thank you."

"The AAPCO team did a great job on our side and back decks. They carefully removed the old ones, securely supported the overhead covers, carefully removed - and reinstalled when completed - the vinyl railings and installed two of the best decks we have seen. Replacing the old materials with bigger and better lumber allows us to fully enjoy our outdoor living. We will definitely recommend your company to any of our friends and neighbors. 5 Stars."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Excellent on all counts! I had my house cleaned years ago, but after No More Dirty Roofs cleaned my home it looked like I just had it painted. They even got the ugly stains off of the gutters, cleaned the front porch, back deck and all the windows are clean. I had black mold on my roof that had begun to grow moss. They scrubbed the roof clean! The trim on my home is cream color and I was speechless when I came home from work and saw it looking like new. The sidewalk was so thick in black mold and mildew stains I was ready to tear it up and install a new walk, but after they cleaned and pressure washed the sidewalk it was almost like new. "Hire this Contractor!! Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Mike and crew were superb workers, tidy, punctual, and tenacious when it came to getting a difficult job completed. We are extremely pleased with the work. They replaced the main house roof shingles, repaired a carport that had some rotten rafters, sheathing, and facia, put on a really nice TPO sheathing designed for a low-pitched roof. All wood was wrapped, and gutters installed. The detailed processes for all work was phenomenal. Mike oversaw all details, as well as doing much of it himself. Mike's crew did excellent work even when Mike wasn't present, and they were extremely courteous and respectful, and took a lot of pride in their work. The place was left clean each day, all debris carried away, nails picked up, walkways, deck, driveway swept and blown off. It was such a pleasure to have a Contractor do precisely what they say they can, and even do it better than you expect."

"Josh and Eddy arrived on time (actually a week early as they had an unexpected opening in their schedule). They looked at the safety bar and hand grip bar that I had purchased and examined the shower/tub space. We discussed what the position (height and slant) of where the bars should be. Once that was determined, the ceramic tiles were measured and marked. Placement was rechecked. The holes were drilled. During drilling a small vacuum was used to gather the dust and debris from the ceramic tiles. My tiles were not chipped or cracked. The bars were screwed into the wall and the area was rechecked for any needed clean up. An Angie's List discount was applied to my bill. On the way out, they stopped and readjusted a slanted pot light in my kitchen and a cabinet door which was scrapping the ceiling whenever it was opened. All of this was done within 30 minutes. Josh and Eddy were respectful of my home, paid great attention to details, and were very pleasant to talk with. I will rely on Yorktown's Handyman to complete any needed home repairs and improvements."
