The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep. gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Hire this Contractor!! Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Mike and crew were superb workers, tidy, punctual, and tenacious when it came to getting a difficult job completed. We are extremely pleased with the work. They replaced the main house roof shingles, repaired a carport that had some rotten rafters, sheathing, and facia, put on a really nice TPO sheathing designed for a low-pitched roof. All wood was wrapped, and gutters installed. The detailed processes for all work was phenomenal. Mike oversaw all details, as well as doing much of it himself. Mike's crew did excellent work even when Mike wasn't present, and they were extremely courteous and respectful, and took a lot of pride in their work. The place was left clean each day, all debris carried away, nails picked up, walkways, deck, driveway swept and blown off.
