"Ken Wilson, the salesman at Stone Fabricators, was easy to work with. The same day that I emailed the company about getting an estimate, Ken was at our house taking measurements. That same day, he dropped by with granite samples (which we were allowed to keep) so that we could compare the stones' colors to our cabinets and appliances. The templating was easy, and the install even easier. The workers that installed the countertops were friendly, it only took them about 2-3 hours, and the site was cleaned. The countertops look wonderful. As part of the contract, Stone Fabricators makes clear that the tear out of the existing countertops, and installation of the faucet, is done by a third party. You pay the third party directly. Nick, the person who handled our tear out, was easy to work with, was in-and-out of the house quickly, and did a great job. Overall, very satisfied with the whole experience. My only complaint is that during the install the company does not caulk the countertops (which is disclosed in the contract). Not a big deal, it's a $4 tube of caulk. My problem is that every time I try and caulk something, it looks awful . . . so I asked Nick to do it and he gladly did."

"We first started talking with Bill at Russo Stone and Tile about 1 year before the actual installation.  I went to see the business and get a feel of the company.  Bill was very professional and was kind enough to show me hos the process works.  He gave us an estimate in the late fall and then I contacted him again after we began demolition of our kitchen in late December.  He didn't seem to mind that we were taking so long to get everything done.  The guys that came over to template were very professional.  My husband and I met with Bill to lay out our template and he was very  helpful on the best way to get the most out of the marble we chose.  They were able to move up the installation a few days for use which helped our timeline for finishing the project.  The installation went very smoothly and Bill was able to send out one of his guys to seal the marble a few days later.  The counter top looks so beautiful and we couldn't be any happier with their services.  I would use them again for any other project in our house. <br />"

"The technician did a great job.  When I called in a plumber to install the overflow plate, he said that he could not use it.  He took out the bathtub plunger piece installed by Miracle Method and installed his own plunger and overflow plate.  So, I paid Miracle Method an additional $70 or so for nothing."

"We worked with the owner of the company, Paul Lohmann, who came to our house to help us determine job requirements. DKI works with residential and commercial and has a variety of cost options available. After reviewing product sketches and materials, we chose a custom wood White Shaker Style cabinet. The installation consisted of two cabinets with a custom make-up table in between, all with color coordinated custom Cambria Quartz tops and splashes. (We chose the Cambria color to be used.) The drawers are all dove tailed and both the drawers and cabinet doors are soft close. We chose the sinks and DKI provided and installed. We provided our own new faucets and pulls which DKI installed. DKI also provided a matching over the toilet cabinet. Paul also suggested a subcontractor that he uses to assist his staff in installation, to provide a quote and do the installation for the herringbone tile pattern we chose and the new toilet. (We chose this subcontractor and provided the tile and chose the toilet.) We were amazed that the whole job-- removal, provide and install new cabinets, faucets, sinks, flooring, and toilet were all completed in one week. (The cabinets and top pieces were completed ahead of time.) The workmanship, quality, cooperation between subcontractor and DKI staff, and overall competence of staff were outstanding. They all cared about meeting/exceeding customer expectations. We were very pleased with the finished product and reasonable cost and highly recommend their services."
