"There is no category to describe all the work that James did for us. Our large house had not been painted in 15 years. We needed lots of prep work before it could be painted. He replaced countless trim boards, siding boards, weather stripping, and windows. The painters found a couple of spots that needed fixing after James had finished and been paid.
