"Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started. I chose Spencer4Hire because they took the time to explain what they would do and gave me several options to choose from. During installation they kept me informed as to the timeline and any additional items needed. I would certainly choose them again if I needed roof repairs or replacement."

"Sungaurd did a fantastic job of paining my house. The house was in rough shape having been partially destroyed by a 2,000 pound tree and then fixed and half of the house painted a different color from the other half (by our insurance contractor). Sunguard came in and fixed all of the stucco issues that should have been fixed originally, painted the house so that it all matched and also ended up replacing the rotted wood on our entry way. They did a great job and I would use them again and recommend them to others (unlike our contractor)."

We quickly saw their expertise and knew we would receive a quality installation. We were extremely pleased with the owner, Rene. He was always available and would physically check in every day to ensure everything was being done in accordance with their standards and/or to see if we needed clarification on anything. He answered every question we had and provided an excellent explanation at the homeownerâ s level. During the actual installation process, Rene always kept us informed and provided us with daily updates. The crews showed every day in a timely manner and were courteous to us and each other. They were willing to accommodate us if we needed to put the dogs out for a quick break. They were professional and efficient. With other vendors, we have seen some employees who often didnâ t seem to be doing their share of the work. We never saw that with Express Roofing. Express Roofing packs so much value into their work. They upgraded vents and fixed a few mistakes the home builder made initially. Pictures and videos were great to see as the job was quoted, started and finished. They have used drones to fly over the house while they were working so we could see what was being done. Every step of the way, we found every employee of Express Roofing to be professional, courteous, and responsive. When they finished the job, they left our property in great shape. "I cannot recommend Express Roofing enough. I received 7 bids for my roof project included some highly rated companies. Express Roofing was the only company to provide me with photos and a video of my roof issues. They wrote out a very exact contract and were the only company to include fascia board and ply board for the areas of concern that they saw. They cleaned up everything at the end of each day and finished a large project in 4 days. This included both the shingle roof and 2 foam flat roofs. Jenna and Jeremy were at the house every day to provide me with photos AND drone footage to show the workmanship and progress each day which I received via email. They were patient with all of my endless questions and phone calls to follow up. The roof looks amazing! They painted the T tops a good color to match the roof and new shiny whirly birds.
