"Mike is great to work with and Mastercraft cabinets are nice for the price. However, the contractor Mike works with, Ryan, was not as easy to work with. The project took three weeks longer than the maximum time quoted, and on multiple occasions we were told work would be done and no one showed. We also had to have work redone multiple times because it was not done right, or very well, the first time. Remodels are hard, but it turned out to be so much more of a headache than it needed to be."

The main bathroom they took out the tub converted to shower only all new tile to ceiling, new floor, shower doors.Second shower new floor, walls, tile to the ceiling. New fixtures in both. They came out beautiful!! Today they put in my new counter top in the kitchen. I absolutely love all the work that this company has done for me. "Candace is knowledgeable with superb communication skills. This was a major project for the home. 3 bathrooms remodels, painting and cabinet work. The workmanship by Gios is brilliant. I had 5 bids and JP was competitive, but the primary selling point for me was professionalism , communication, and she was not pushy. She educated me on the process and set realistic expectations. Where others contractors were using lower quality materials and cutting corners to reduce estimates. she explained in great detail why the additional repairs were needed and the warranty benefits of the higher quality paint. The project went smoothly. Cost for the project was accurate. The quality of Gios work is simply beautiful. On the final walk through, Candace was sensitive to the smallest details that I did not even notice. The finished project exceeded my expectations.
