When he came to inspect the project he immediately got down to taking measurements from all sorts of angles and then went ahead to explain to me what all the steps of the work from start to finish complete with timelines and within 24 hrs too I had my quote, which was very affordable especially for the amount of work that was involved. Even at the planning stages I saw that he shared my vision of how I imagined my end product. They were working on another project, but managed to schedule my project within a week of my inquiries. They were very thoroughly meticulous in their work despite working in very hot summer weather and were done in no time. They left my driveway very tidy, even planted grass and lay some hay on top and did everything to leave my house looking seriously upgraded with their fabulous work that exceeded my expectations. "I needed to have work done in preparation for having appliances installed through Home Depot and I was trying to get the site prepped for that. The installation process required shut-off valves above the floor and unfortunately, I have an older home and all of that had to be done. The company was very prompt to respond to my request to have a bid and do the work. The plumber arrived on time and seemed like a friendly person. The plumber then proceeded to get frustrated with me that he was being asked to work which he was calling "unnecessary". As I continued to ask him to do the work that I was paying for, he continued to be frustrated by it and that he would have to talk about this with Home Depot for these "unnecessary requirements". He was worked up by this. While I didn't feel threatened by him, as a woman alone in the house it made me uncomfortable to have a contractor get frustrated/angry in my presence for what I'm paying them to do as if I am making this up. It's just not ok. He never turned the water back on to the appliances when he left. I had to pull out the fridge and turn the water back on. The water to my dishwasher was never turned back on, which I learned later and I don't know how to turn it on so I have to wait for the new one to be installed and wash dishes by hand until then. To set up the work in the kitchen he used a shut off valve in the basement which leaked and ruined the ceiling tiles which now have to be replaced due to water staining. He left those wet tiles on the floor and ceiling open and a mess on the floor for me to sweep up. Also, really not ok. I am not sure what the issue was here with this guy but this wasn't a good experience."
