They had to move an upright piano out of and back into the space and were able to move it without damaging the floor or piano. The floor came out beautiful. No more ugly pet stains. The job was scheduled about 2 weeks after the quote and completed quickly and on time. My home was left clean and the workers were very respectful. The floors came out magnificent! He dissuaded us from our initial plan to install a wooden floor medallion because it would not likely be flush with the floor unless we refinished the entire room. He suggested replacing just a few of the floor boards and quoted a very reasonable price.
