Comment: Carefully remove and save wooden shutters.
Remove/dispose of old Masonite and some James Hardie siding.
Repair damage to house structure if any (i.e. water damage).
Insulate where needed.
Install plywood or OSB sheathing.
Install house wrap.
Install vinyl siding to include walls, all soffits, some fascia, a chimney, two porch ceilings, on a 2000 sq. ft., two-story house and a separate two-car garage with a loft. The garage need not be insulated.
Reinstall shutters.
Keep work areas around the property free from work debris with emphasis on metal objects such as screws and nails on at least a daily basis during the project.
Any exposed building structure will be boarded up prior to crew leaving the job site at the end of the work day.
