"They did excellent on explaining what was going on,took pictures of anything that needed repairs and pictures after repair was done, cleaned up everything when finished. They did an excellent job on my roof and didn't drag it out."

"February 5, 2019 - I can not say enough about how honest and thorough this company has been while replacing my roof. They made the process as painless as possible for me as a homeowner. Their work was impeccable, going above and beyond what was required to just replace my roof. While replacing my roof, these guys took extra time to make sure that a complicated area of my roof was properly sealed and flashed to eliminate any future issues. I can only attest to my experience with H. E. Roberts Roofing but would recommend that if you want quality work, honest people to deal with, and the least amount of stress in replacing or repairing your roof, call them. Their crew did a better job then the original roofers did when the house was built."

"The owner Scottie and his employees were nice professional quick and clean .They showed up on time replaced the roof ob 12x24 building perfectly and were priced very competitively . Would use them again in a minute."

"It went well except for being delayed 3 weeks. I had to do all the checking on status of the install - no proactive communication. Communication in general was about average. I wasn’t real happy with putting 40% down and waiting 2 months for the work to be done but not a deal killer. I’m very happy with the the value and quality of the installed roof. They removed the old roof, replaced some damaged decking, installed a full covering of ice and water shield and a well warrantied shingle system that looks great. I would recommend to anyone."

"The project was to replace an asphalt shingle roof. The job was completed in two days and clean up was well done. I was impressed with the professionalism of the project manager, Wayne Massey, and his execution of the project."

"Liz was very good personable and took care of us. I was not getting answers from the insurance agent or the adjusters and was like a lost kid in the crowd. Liz was able to break down how everything worked and made a complicated process easy. She took care of my family and home. She was fantastic no matter what arose."

"Professionally. Fair price. Installed roof 10 years ago and I never had any problems with it."
