"I had someone come out in Aug to check all zones and make sure the system was working and in good order. About 30 days later when I went to use the system one (1) sprinkler head was not working. I called and asked them to come fix that head. The new tech came out and turned a screw and it worked in about 20 seconds. "It was off" then the tech checked all the other zones, found a leak in a zone that I had turned off and don't use. The tech screwed a cap on the end of a hose and billed me $155. When I asked why they told me that it was a "New repair" Lesson learned. DO NOT let a tech touch anything but what they come out to repair. This is how they make you pay for your warranty work. Got to hand it to them, pretty slick!"

"Please beware of door to door Weed Control / Yard Fertilization companies. We hired Weed Man USA and the damage to our lawn was significant. Although these pictures are from 2 different angles, it's the same yard 1 year apart! After reporting the dissatisfaction, they fired us as a customer. Hope this helps someone! "IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO (or negative number) I WOULD. Hired them in May 2025 to help with what were some issues we had with a Zoysia lawn. We were never told that we were late to enter their schedule and that would limit their ability to treat our lawn for it's specific needs. But a crabgrass issue went from being a minor issue to an extreme issue where crabgrass has taken over our lawn. Seriously, what lawn treatment company can't get rid of crabgrass in a 4 month period of time (according to Google it should take 4-6 weeks to get rid of or show improvement after treating for crabgrass)?!?! Furthermore what company completely ignores the specific issue a lawn has and just follows the "program". I have actually been told at a most recent visit from an AllTurf rep that I need to re-sod my entire lawn.
