"I had never met Trent before this job. I selected him because he came off as honest, he was local and seemed to be raised right and promised he would not stop until I was happy. He did not disappoint Trent was awesome to work with and his pricing was fair. He excavated for a llarge pool and stayed within level range throughout . Will call him for landscaping around the pool and and hillside excavation in a month. Highly recommended"

"I choose Landscape Creation company because of the good reviews. Jason and I have been talking about this project since second part of 2012, by the end of August 2013 we finally started the project. Due to the steep slop, the removal of the old railroad ties took longer then we expected. The stone path started from the first batch of stone delivered, the work went well but slow. His crews need to move each stone manually down hill about 150 feet to start. The project was delayed for three weeks (9/20 to 10/10), Jason's crews did not show up and I was calling and text Jason from time to time.He had problem with the stone vender with batch delivery also it had been raining a lot.  By Oct 17, the stone path was done, Jason's crew was able to replace two of the stones that I pointed out too small in size . As planed, on the side of the path, he also did a flat seating area.
Jason and his crews created a stone fire pit with five huge stone seat, and that looks real nice. He also build a stone bridge which lead to the fire pit over the ditch with details.
The whole project finished by the end of October. It took much longer then was scheduled, due to the weather, the stone vender and his personal issues, but over all, I am happy with the work been done consider that this was not an easy project.

"Sean and his crew did an amazing job on a very tricky situation. We used him for several in side household plumbing jobs and when we were talking about my issues with my drainage on my house he said he could help. The builder did a terrible job with it and we were getting water inside the house. Sean set the plan to dig up, excavate the drainage lines and fix the problem. "From start to finish, Jeff with Raisecrete was the consummate professional. When he showed up, on time, to give me a quote on some repair work I need done on our foundation walls, he performed a complete and thorough inspection of our crawlspace. He pointed out that water was getting into our crawlspace, that I knew nothing about. That was the main reason for the cracks in the foundation. Jeff also pointed out the massive cracks and uneven concrete on our patio. Jeff had given me a ballpark quote over the phone for the foundation repair and when I received his full proposal for the entire scope of work, the ballpark quote wasn't that much different the the proposal which did include mudjacking the patio and waterproofing the crawl space. After receiving his proposal I had contacted companies that did waterproofing just to compare apples to apples. I had other quotes on waterproofing your crawlspace and the other companies wanted to let the water in the crawlspace and add a sump pump. Jeff did it the way I preferred and excavated outside the foundation wall, added drains, coated the exterior wall and added a membrane to keep water from entering my crawlspace.When the work was completed Jeff told me that he had used carbon fiber strips on the foundation wall cracks with a lifetime warranty. After it rained I went into our crawlspace and there's not a drop of water under there. I feel a lot more comfortable about keeping the water out instead of letting it in and pumping out. I will highly recommend Jeff and Raisecrete to anyone in need of these services."

This alone helped us decide to replace the existing mulch with much nicer landscaping stone at a very slight increase. We would have never known this option was affordable. They actually had a crew working half a day on the 4th of July to complete our project quickly, as promised. This was voluntary on their part, not something we requested.
