Joe took the door off and refit it properly so I can now use my deadbolt again. My door knob lock was also sticking. After he checked it he said I needed to replace the door knob due to its age and suggested I go to a hardware store so I can get the new knob and get it rekeyed to my current key. "For the leaky window, a bead of clear caulk was installed where the handyman thought it should go. This leak was the first in 10 years on a 10 year old house. The leak occurred on the day when tornadoes hit the state, no tornado here but very windy. Leak probably caused by the wind, but hard to tell. I guess we’ll see if that was it. The sticky door was fixed in moments, no waiting to tell for that, it works great now with no sticking. Also of note, I called on a Tuesday and they were here the next day."
