They completely removed the mortar between the bricks as opposed to just cutting a small area of the mortar out before replacing it with new mortar. The new mortar is much whiter than the old mortar but hopefully the repair will be less noticeable after cleaning the old mortar and exposure of the new mortar to the elements."

My small backyard was pretty overgrown with weeds, saplings, ivy, and other overgrowth from the woods behind my yard, and I asked them to give me an estimate for cleaning that up, as well as cleaning the leaves off my patio. They never called back with an estimate. In fact, they left a pair of loppers in my yard and never came back to pick those up, either.

"Good value for replacing an old fence. Initial work was solid, but used a number of bad PTP boards, deeply chipped, plus gate was installed improperly. They quickly replaced the bad boards and reinstalled the gate properly. One remaining problem, a cracked vertical slat was installed (can see boot print on the slat), do not know if they will be back to replace it. Could have been a 5-star job were it not for these problems."
