"This review is a bit overdue. Had new doors and windows installed in early 2021. I had a very good experience with this company and with Mr. Edward Dunn. He was very prompt in answering all my questions and also patient as he worked with me while I tried to decide among the various options for doors and windows. I felt he offered me very fair and reasonable prices compared to some other quotes I received. Am especially grateful for him even considering my business since my order was quite small, and I have been finding that, esp. during COVID times, many companies won't consider the 'smaller jobs.' There were a few problems during installation (one wrong window size, flaw in a door screen), but Mr. Dunn promptly addressed these and everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I absolutely love my new windows and doors. Oh and the installers were fantastic. Really nice guys. Did outstanding, beautiful work and didn't leave a mess. I am all around very, very happy I chose this company."

"Miguel installed ceramic tile backsplash in my kitchen, a recessed medicine chest in the bathroom wall, added a wooden frame to a wall mounted mirror and replaced a broken door frame. He and his worker were professional, neat, fast and efficient. The job cost didn't change and he finished on time. "RRR did a high-end hall bath remodel in Sep 2020 for approximately $24000. Homeowners did the basic design and material selection. RRR suggested construction and material mods, as needed, and ordered all material. Cost was clearly detailed up front, paid on draw, and was met by completion date. All stage work and inspections were completed on schedule, over approximately three weeks. Crew was always on time and worked full days, while Ryan checked in twice a week. All rough-in and finish work was neat and well crafted, including studding, plumbing, electrical, wall and floor tile, and vanity top and basin, and painting. There was some struggle with heavy shower doors assembly and clean install. All punchlist items were complete with no issues. Enjoyed interaction with Ryan and his crew. Very happy with results. Competitive pricing. Would highly recommend."

Detailed pictures of the damage and estimates were shared with us in a non “pressure tactic” setting. From there, they worked with us on picking options of type, color, and shape for our shingles as well as any add ons we may like. Then availability was shared and flexible around our schedule. The install went great! Very professional, efficient, and kind install team.
