"Jesus and his crew far exceeded our expectations. They finished our roof within 1 1/2 days! They arrived punctual each morning and worked tirelessly. When they were finished they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell work had been performed! I was worried about nails being left on the ground but Jesus's crew assured me they will clean and do the best they can to get all of them. Our new roof looks amazing! We went with a darker color(we have red brick home with black shutters and a red front door and an paved driveway) so we felt the darker shingle would look best and once they were done it looks wonderful! "I first utilized HCR in the August/September time frame. The sales rep., Robin was very pleasant. She did not come off as a high pressure sales person. We engaged in conversation. Her demo of windows was great. I placed an order an order for nine (9) windows to be installed. Due to the supply chain shortage, I did not receive my product and installation until January. Robin had apprised me of this delay upon our initial meeting. The installers were punctual and worked diligently. They installed the windows in one day. I did observe a rip in one of the screens. I placed a call to HCR to inform them of my observation. They said they would replace the screen, which they did in a very timely fashion. I reached out to Robin in September 2022, as I was ready to commence installation of the remainder of the windows, which in total was twelve (12). Robin arrived at my residence. She did the demo and I signed for the purchase. The targeted date for installation was set. There was a brief delay due to the type of living room windows I have - palladium and they are in two pieces. I received a call on or about January 16/17, 2023, apprising me that my windows are in. I set a date for installation - January 24, 2023, with a window of arrival time between 8-11 a.m. The four installers arrived @ 8:30. The immediately commenced to work. They put down a heavy covering for the floors and went at it until completion @ about4ish. I am extremely satisfied with HCR. As you can see, I am a “repeat” customer. I highly recommend them. I saw in one review someone said that they use unlicensed installers. Like any company, they have to go through extensive training and most individuals are not very knowledgeable about their job. They receive training ."

"I am a senior with a background in construction.  After reviewing many contractors and speaking with some of them, I immediately knew I hit the jackpot when I spoke to Danny.
 
1.  He knew exactly what I needed and wanted done when I first spoke to him.  This entailed the replacement, repair, and installation of the items listed above with attention to quality in materials, prevention of future problems, a fair price, and a commitment to starting and showing up once the job was initiated.  Danny exceeded every expectation in these regards!
2.  I silently knew in advance manufacturers, quality and cost of exterior doors (including the french door), storm doors, door locks and deadbolts, leak-proof door sills for 6 inch exterior walls and a leak-proof barrier on the bottom of the door frames.  Without knowing of my preferences, Danny suggested the identical manufacturers and materials I had in mind.  At this juncture, we met and I hired Danny to perform the work.
3.  I am beyond pleased with the outcome of Danny's effort on this project.  As an example of his integrity, he asked me to trust him in the design and installation of an exterior octagonal window in a bathroom.  My wife and I were literally blown away with a handcrafted symmetrical waterproof tunnel and inside wall frame he created - more akin to an artistic piece than a window.
4. Inside work was always minimally invasive using tarps and soft shoes rather than work boots.  Outside and inside cleanup at the end of each work day was respectfully performed leaving no mess.
I would recommend Danny to anyone requiring any kind of interior or exterior installation, modification, or repair as I have seen firsthand examples of his experience, skills, and personal and business ethics.  In fact, Danny is presently working on costs to replace our roof."

"An amazing company. Flexible, professional, and competent. Excellent staff and work crew. Our house is safe again when it rains. After the wind event of last March, and subsequent frequent rains throughout the summer, we noticed water damage to the ceiling of our bedroom in August. A review of our roof shingles showed considerable loss and many others damaged. Not ever having made a claim on our household insurance, we were pleasantly surprised how straightforward the process was. We were fortunate to get a full-roof replacement authorized. This started a longer process of finding the right roofing company to complete the job. After six interviews and bids, we settled on a company we liked: Ebenezer Roofing LLC of Manassas Virginia. What set them apart in a crowded marketplace were several aspects: their professional approach, their patience with customers new to the business, their no-additional-cost upgrades (architectural shingles and a ridge vent), and their positive reviews across several sites. They were also cost competitive, several hundreds of dollars less than the median of the other bids. On the day of the roof replacement, the Ebenezer team was thorough, polite and competent. They replaced all water-damaged plywood sections, all flashings around the chimney, stack vents and skylights, and installed architectural shingles and a ridge vent. We had several custom roof-related situations which the company was very flexible to accommodate. They cleaned up after the job, including all trash and the metal wanding for nails. "This company has changed their name and is now known as Care Contracting. Their pricing was in line with other businesses we checked out and the salesman who met with us was knowledgeable and friendly. We had our roof replaced as well as gutter guards put up. The crew that did the roof left trash around our yard and did not clean up debris from the roofing, leaving nails, jagged pieces of metal and other scraps about. Our deck furniture was not returned to its original place either. Our contract required us to pay 1/2 up front and 1/2 upon completion. The check was ready when they finished and no one from the crew collected it. Within 12 hours of them finishing the roof, we began to receive calls, texts and emails inquiring about our late payment. There was no call to see if we were satisfied with the work done, or to update us on how the leak in our roof was fixed. All told, their sales team was good, but their customer service and business practices were definitely lacking."
