"It went well. I had asked for an estimate when Aqua Pressure washing cleaned my gutters. Zach gave me an estimate and explained to me what roof cleaning involved, and told me a bit about his experience in this field. After we agreed to have it done, we had some problems with scheduling the work due to weather considerations. But Zack called me as soon as he saw the possibility of getting it done before winter set in. They came and really did a great job; the roof looks so clean! Zack tells me that the chemicals will continue to work when it rains, which will significantly delay the reappearance of the mildew. This is a recurring problem in our subdivision, and I will definitely recommend Agua Pressure Washing, and call them again when I need this service again.

"This company has changed their name and is now known as Care Contracting. Their pricing was in line with other businesses we checked out and the salesman who met with us was knowledgeable and friendly. We had our roof replaced as well as gutter guards put up. The crew that did the roof left trash around our yard and did not clean up debris from the roofing, leaving nails, jagged pieces of metal and other scraps about. Our deck furniture was not returned to its original place either. Our contract required us to pay 1/2 up front and 1/2 upon completion. The check was ready when they finished and no one from the crew collected it. Within 12 hours of them finishing the roof, we began to receive calls, texts and emails inquiring about our late payment. There was no call to see if we were satisfied with the work done, or to update us on how the leak in our roof was fixed. All told, their sales team was good, but their customer service and business practices were definitely lacking."

After the wind event of last March, and subsequent frequent rains throughout the summer, we noticed water damage to the ceiling of our bedroom in August. A review of our roof shingles showed considerable loss and many others damaged. Not ever having made a claim on our household insurance, we were pleasantly surprised how straightforward the process was. We were fortunate to get a full-roof replacement authorized. This started a longer process of finding the right roofing company to complete the job. After six interviews and bids, we settled on a company we liked: Ebenezer Roofing LLC of Manassas Virginia. What set them apart in a crowded marketplace were several aspects: their professional approach, their patience with customers new to the business, their no-additional-cost upgrades (architectural shingles and a ridge vent), and their positive reviews across several sites. They were also cost competitive, several hundreds of dollars less than the median of the other bids. On the day of the roof replacement, the Ebenezer team was thorough, polite and competent. They replaced all water-damaged plywood sections, all flashings around the chimney, stack vents and skylights, and installed architectural shingles and a ridge vent. We had several custom roof-related situations which the company was very flexible to accommodate. They cleaned up after the job, including all trash and the metal wanding for nails. The owner, Bj was very responsive to questions, gave thorough explanations and was a very personable guy. An estimate was in place that was very reasonable and contained high grade materials and excellent guarantees. As I had previously suspected, the porch roof was water damaged and KNB completed all the repairs as part of the package. KNB communicated well and with great response times. The contract was drawn up and submitted electronically, which added to the speed of the process. "After another downpour we noticed that the skylight leak had not been fixed properly. We contacted Jesus roofing who said he would be there later that day, as he was going to be in that neighborhood fixing somebody else roof.
He showed up when expected, he was curtious,got to the problem right away by finding out exactly where the leak was occuring.
It seemed to happen only in downpours. We had previously paid to fix this problem, but it was not solved.
He went on the roof with the hose and poked around (figuratively) until he found the problem which turned out to be a place where the water ran UP the skylight into an unsealed area.
For his trouble he only charged us $50!
We definitely shall use him again for a repair or roof replacement.
