I was told by a different contractor who fixed some gutters, that I needed to have someone who knew how to fix flat roofs inspect my flat porch roof. After asking around, several people highly recommended contacting William Mackay. Brittany quickly scheduled for a technician to come out -- and the same day Mr. Mackay inspected my roof and emailed me the proposal. He answered all my questions (as did Brittany!) The work was scheduled quickly - and the installers/technicians completed the work in one day. Everything was cleaned up (old roof pieces, etc) afterwards. I was a bit wary about having anything done to my home with COVID-19 -- but everyone really seemed aware of social distancing. I was very happy with how streamlined this went, and how pleasant it was to work with William Mackay Roofing."

"KNB did a great job of replacing the 46 year old roof on our house. The process was quick and seamless from estimate to completion, with a new roof in place the same week. The owner, Bj was very responsive to questions, gave thorough explanations and was a very personable guy. An estimate was in place that was very reasonable and contained high grade materials and excellent guarantees. As I had previously suspected, the porch roof was water damaged and KNB completed all the repairs as part of the package. KNB communicated well and with great response times. The contract was drawn up and submitted electronically, which added to the speed of the process. The roof looks AMAZING and we are very pleased with the results and the quality of the work and materials. "It went great! I can't believe how good my house, garage and pavers look! I hired Wes to pressure wash my house, garage and pavers; clean the roof; and clean the gutters. My blue house had a green tinge from the mildew growing on shaded side of the house. Additionally, the roof had moss growing on it (something I hadn't noticed before) as did the pavers (which I did notice). I called Wes for an estimate. He was very responsive to my request, patiently walked me through the services his company offers and answered my questions. Wes came out to my property to take a look and provide a quote, which I thought was fair for the amount of work involved. When I called to scheduled a day/time, Wes was able to schedule the work to occur in less than a week. He came out to the house as planned and performed the requested services. Everything looks new! The building facades and roofs look new (and mildew/moss free) and the pavers are a bright red again. The gutters are clean. Wes even cleaned the deck bench (now white instead of a dirty grey) and the cement walk in front of the side door, which is over and above what I asked him to do. I'm totally sold on the quality of his work. I will definitely hire him again."

"This company has changed their name and is now known as Care Contracting. Their pricing was in line with other businesses we checked out and the salesman who met with us was knowledgeable and friendly. We had our roof replaced as well as gutter guards put up. The crew that did the roof left trash around our yard and did not clean up debris from the roofing, leaving nails, jagged pieces of metal and other scraps about. Our deck furniture was not returned to its original place either. Our contract required us to pay 1/2 up front and 1/2 upon completion. The check was ready when they finished and no one from the crew collected it. Within 12 hours of them finishing the roof, we began to receive calls, texts and emails inquiring about our late payment. There was no call to see if we were satisfied with the work done, or to update us on how the leak in our roof was fixed. All told, their sales team was good, but their customer service and business practices were definitely lacking."
