I was told by a different contractor who fixed some gutters, that I needed to have someone who knew how to fix flat roofs inspect my flat porch roof. After asking around, several people highly recommended contacting William Mackay. Brittany quickly scheduled for a technician to come out -- and the same day Mr. Mackay inspected my roof and emailed me the proposal. He answered all my questions (as did Brittany!) The work was scheduled quickly - and the installers/technicians completed the work in one day. Everything was cleaned up (old roof pieces, etc) afterwards. I was a bit wary about having anything done to my home with COVID-19 -- but everyone really seemed aware of social distancing. I was very happy with how streamlined this went, and how pleasant it was to work with William Mackay Roofing."

"We needed to have our gutters cleaned out and do minor roof repairs such as patching up a small hole to the attic, covering exposed framing, and reattach gutters. Pricing was comprable to others in the area. I really appreciated the responsiveness and the quality of work. Bj was very thorough and even repaired a few more things that was not initially noticed . He took pictures of the fixes that we couldn't easily see from the ground and then emailed them. He also went into great detail as to summarizing what he did after coming to the house. Overall very happy with our experience. Something that was pleasantly unusual was that Bj was very responsive over email, scheduled us in as soon as possible, and allowed us to pay online. Will definitely be calling again."

"The work was done in an outstanding manner--everything was cleaned thoroughly and everything put back in place when the work was complete. The roof and gutters were also done and minor repairs done to the gutters and covers to ensure they were in good shape. I have used this company before and will always give them any business I have that they can do. Their prices are fair and their work is first class."

"This company has changed their name and is now known as Care Contracting. Their pricing was in line with other businesses we checked out and the salesman who met with us was knowledgeable and friendly. We had our roof replaced as well as gutter guards put up. The crew that did the roof left trash around our yard and did not clean up debris from the roofing, leaving nails, jagged pieces of metal and other scraps about. Our deck furniture was not returned to its original place either. Our contract required us to pay 1/2 up front and 1/2 upon completion. The check was ready when they finished and no one from the crew collected it. Within 12 hours of them finishing the roof, we began to receive calls, texts and emails inquiring about our late payment. There was no call to see if we were satisfied with the work done, or to update us on how the leak in our roof was fixed. All told, their sales team was good, but their customer service and business practices were definitely lacking."
