"He responded on the same day I contacted him, inspected the job, gave an estimate. He is quite busy, but returned about 2-1/2 weeks later as promised. Came on a Saturday with one helper. Completed the job. Worked with my difficult narrow driveway situation. He cleaned up very nicely. My property is finally free of collection of old wood and limbs and looks better than it has in many years. Plus, limbs of almost dead maple tree are no longer there, threatening to fall on my house or electrical wires. Price was very reasonable. I hope to hire him again during a less busy time of the year for non-emergent jobs. My only suggestion to make it better would be to communicate more if date or time need to change for any reason, even if only a difference of an hour or two."
