So it always starts with Ryan Craft, an amazing bundle of positive energy and professionalism who comes to your house, walks your property and roof, and quite honestly, "owns" the project in a way that you know every aspect is being handled the right way. As you get close, and throughout the project, he will text and email you to make sure everything is handled the right way and you are satisfied. The team you deal with re project management, scheduling, billing, and leading the crew (Caitlyn, Kandi, Nicole, Denise, Tina, Mike, roofing lead Donnie and more that I know I am forgetting) are so so helpful. But the work? Amazing - for example, my house roof has a very large and tall porch gazebo that's very difficult to re-shingle, and they not only did a great job, but asked my permission to manufacture a "better" top for it ("not" part of the project, but they thought it would be cool). They replaced a wood "stump" that stuck out the top with a perfectly formed color matching cone that looks amazing! When one smaller project was completed (trim around the garage doors) and I saw some areas where the metal was curving, Peak management came out and said not only was that going to be repaired, he thought they could have done a better job matching the color - and said if i didn't mind, they would re-do the entire project! He was right! The new color was fantastic, and they didn't even have to do that. If you are thinking of a roof, siding, gutters, etc and a competition comes in with a better price, I submit that you will get what you pay for. The 12 or so years I have partnered with Peak for my projects, I haven't been paying "just" for the cost of material or labor. I've been paying for the kind of customer service you rarely experience these days."

"All the folks were very professional, from the salesmen down to the cleanup crew. The crew has obviously done this before and the whole thing was completed in less than 3 1/2 days total. We had a large break between roof and siding jobs due to our vacation but the crew got all the issues right and their work was great. They salesmen worked very closely with the insurance adjuster and things went smoothly from that standpoint. We did our part by clearing away the bushes that would get in their way for the siding work.
The roof was of the laminate type which replaced our many years old single layer shingle style, which they don't make anymore. The siding had to be ordered because we used the kind that best matched the previous siding so we would not have any issues with the local HOA architectural committee. It is rare that we didn't use the and quot;tallerand quot; siding type which is more common now but again we wanted it to look very similar to before; just without the hail damage. The EA guys did all that and let us know along the way what was going on. The salesmen came by a few times during construction to check that things were going well.
The came out to explain why the caulking was not needed around every window and door. Previous caulking around the old siding did not look good. This looks great. We could not be happier.

After the wind event of last March, and subsequent frequent rains throughout the summer, we noticed water damage to the ceiling of our bedroom in August. A review of our roof shingles showed considerable loss and many others damaged. Not ever having made a claim on our household insurance, we were pleasantly surprised how straightforward the process was. We were fortunate to get a full-roof replacement authorized. This started a longer process of finding the right roofing company to complete the job. After six interviews and bids, we settled on a company we liked: Ebenezer Roofing LLC of Manassas Virginia. What set them apart in a crowded marketplace were several aspects: their professional approach, their patience with customers new to the business, their no-additional-cost upgrades (architectural shingles and a ridge vent), and their positive reviews across several sites. They were also cost competitive, several hundreds of dollars less than the median of the other bids. On the day of the roof replacement, the Ebenezer team was thorough, polite and competent.
