"Cleaned out 2-car garage of materials left by previous owner so that all that remained were bare walls. Moved washer, dryer and deep sink to back patio. Required a dumpster. Adjusted location of deep sink to provide more room for washer and dryer. Repaired wall box for washer previously damaged by installation people. Repaired damage to walls and ceiling.
