He did not hesitate to volunteer himself to fix it and he did not charge me for it. I would recommend this company a thousand times over. They replaced the rotten railroad ties used to hold the foundation in place with cinder block reinforced with steel rods and concrete. Additionally, the crew removed the cracked concrete across the living room and into the bedroom floors. Braces were installed and steel rods were used to reinforce the new concrete. I was very pleased with the work done and the price was significantly less than what others had projected."
