"I contacted the owner Greg and he promptly scheduled a time to provide a free estimate for a new irrigation system. Greg was timely, professional and very knowledgeable of the new products and technologies offered for automatic irrigation systems.  I was provided a detailed contract including equipment list, 1 year warranty on labor and workmanship and a 5 year warranty on parts. The installation costs seemed reasonable, but more importantly the quality of their work is excellent!  I got a kick out of another review that commented on the motley crew that does the installs. It was a motley crew....and they did work!! I would recommend Winchel any day.

"I just moved to Michigan last year, and searched for a company to install a new irrigation system. Titan called me back same day, and I was quoted within 3 days. Ralph stayed in contact with me through the whole process. These guys do a great job, are very helpful, and do what they say and when. If not, they will let you know. Just a great overall experience!"

"I have a service agreement with them. They come out depending on what they are doing. They come out in June and August. They also come out in the Fall. They might come out every other month. I don't have any grubs. I don't have them aerate the grass. The cost is comparable. It's a little bit more, but I am more satisfied than other companies I have used. It's a little bit more expensive. The quality of the work is good. Most of the time I am not here. They will leave me a note on the door to let me know. They also call to let me know. They tell me they are coming on a Monday, and will then leave a bag telling me what they did when they were here. I will keep using them as long as they don't rectify if I have any problems. So far the grass is green. I have other issues with the side, but that's another story."

"It took a couple months to schedule the work but at each piece (estimate, electrical, excavation and installation) they called ahead, arrived on time, did all the work required with professionalism and courtesy. They even volunteered to clear the snow from my driveway by shovel when my machine wouldn't start. The use of plastic sheets and a high efficiency vacuum system connected to the jackhammer kept the dust down."
