"I was recommended Haines drains had a blockage came out same day very professional service fixed my problem thank you"

"Jonathan did me real solids today. Despite the fact that they were here to clean up bascially messes left by the installers on my HVAC on both AC and furnace, he AGAN went ABOVE and BEYOND when he noticed I was doing my own plumbing project. We had hot water seeping out with our water main shut off on a fixture exchange, and he pointed out we can drain the hot water heater partially to stop this. The last plumber didn't eve care to share this, or even do it. I will not go ANY OTHER PLACE than Service Professor for my plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs. PERIOD. No one else compares!"

"Here for several hours. He did it with water jets instead of logger type. They can clear out the drain pipe without damaging the clay pipes. The company even used a camera to check the lines after the job was done."

"Came out on time. Presented two offers. Snaked drain and used camera to detect any other blockage. Cleaned up after. Had to come back a second time to install a part they needed to order. Did a great job."

"Friendly prompt service, came out the same day we called. He was careful of our plants and yard decorations. Got right to the job and didn't try to up sell us on anything we didn't need. Very reasonable rate for the work done. We will recommend Pro Drain to all our friends, neighbors, and family. Very honest company!😀😀😀"

"He was clean, courteous & cleared the drain. We discovered our clog on a Sunday morning and the drain was cleaned before noon at a reasonable cost."

"Joe from JMS Drain Services was my service technician who arrived well within the window scheduled service time. Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. I was pleased he resolved my clogged sink so quickly so I could rest after a night's work. Thank you again, Joe."

"I noticed a burning smell in the basement one day and didn't know where it was coming from.  I called Vander Hyde and Rachel answered who was very pleasant to work with.  She transferred me to a master electrician who explained what I was experiencing very well.  He was fairly certain it was the sump pump.  I was transferred back to Rachel who got me on the same day's schedule, saying someone would be there b/w 9-11am.  At 10:50 the technician called me to say he was running late and would be there in 20-30 mins.  He arrived exactly 30 minutes later with another guy and shoe booties for inside the house.   I showed them the basement and they explained what was going on very well.  Gave me an option of a 3yr or 5yr replacement and even provided a total of the entire job before the work was performed.  Everyone I talked with was extremely nice and a company I would definitely recommend!"
