He requested a text photo of the model number/SN on the sticker inside the dryer. I contacted him the following morning via text, he texted back that he had the repair part and would be at my home within the hour. He arrived and work was completed within 30 minutes----new heating element installed. I have never had a major appliance issue addressed so QUICKLY. Super impressed with Ace."

"After describing the problem in detail ( to include the model and serial numbers) , a service call was scheduled for between Noon and 5 PM on Monday. After waiting four hours I called to see if the repair man was coming and left a voice mail. The technician telephoned at 4:30 and asked what the problem was. I repeated the same description as when I made the appointment. The tech said that it would require a part replacement that he did not have. He said we would be called with the price when they found out the cost. When we received the return call, we found that they were going to charge for the part, the labor to replace it, and $88 for the "service call" even though their technician never showed up. I think it is dishonest to charge for a service call when the tech never came to the house. Incredible!"

"I have 2 working chimneys out of 4. One other is sealed and the other is a vent for the HVAC system. He checked all 4 - told me the one used for a vent for the HVAC needed a liner and had it so it was ok. One working chimney he inspected did not need cleaning but would need to repair the broken brick around the top and he gave me an estimate of $500 to replace brick and the chimney cap. The other chimney had a bunch of debris in it - that was the only one he cleaned and replaced the ill-fitting chimney cap which allowed critters to nest in the chimney. Spent over 1 hour scrubbing out the chimney - very neat and clean and appropriately covered all the furniture. Left the area very clean and put all the moved furniture back in place.Told me the brick work on the chimney could wait until later in the year and I said I would call him later in the spring. <br />"
